Frieze Art Fair – in retrospect

The 9th edition of Frieze Art Fair London is over.

The international contemporary art fair takes place every October in London’s Regent’s Park, this year it was held from 13 until 16 October 2011.

It hosted 173 of the world’s leading contemporary art galleries, representing 33 countries, and presenting work by over 1000 artists.

With visitors from all over the world it has been a cultural entertainment event.

The spacious hall exhibited a huge amount of art works, from modern art paintings, to light installations, to sculptures in the most extraordinary forms. Have a look yourself and tell us what you think about those art pieces!
