Getting out of bed in the morning can be the hardest part of the day. You are always thinking let’s snooze the alarm for five more minutes and before you know it you have slept an extra hour.
This is why we want to give you tips of what you could do to get out of bed on time.
Put your alarm across the room
You can actually press the snooze bottom without being fully awake and then go back to sleep. This is why you should put your alarm across the room.
Open the windows
Fresh cool air will help you wake up, as soon as you hear your alarm open your windows.
Have a robe, sweater next to your bed
One of the reasons you don’t like getting out of bed is because it’s nice and warm. You should have a rob or sweater ready to put on as soon as you step out.
Plan your day
When you don’t know what you are doing with your day you seem to think it’s okay to sleep. You should plan your day so you wake up knowing you have things to do.
Put the radio on
Put your radio to your favourite channel and turn it on as soon as you get out of bed. Make sure your volume is not too low – this will help your brain stay active.
