Today is expected to be the busiest day for online retailers. Visa Europe predicts that £320 million will be spent via cards alone, reports the Evening Standard.
It is estimated that over 6.8 million sales will be made in the space of 24 hours. The first Monday in December is referred to as Cyber Monday because in the recent years has seen online shopping figures consistently peaking on this day.
