William Alexander, 32, is London’s Ice Cream Van Man.
The Ice Cream Van Man drives around Regent’s Park on sunny days to sell his ‘art’.
His ice cream consists of a cardboard scone dipped in paint – pink for strawberry, brown for chocolate and green for mint. He sells his ice cream art pieces for £20.
His ‘company car’ is a car entirely made out of cardboard, which he constructed himself.
William Alexander said that his business is going a bit slow in London. In New York he is more successful and some people were willing to pay $100 for one of his ice cream creations.
The Ice Cream Van Man creates the piece of art live. It is an art viewing and buying experience. Needless to say, the freshly made ice cream sculpture is not edible, but just to take home to look at.
