Frame on the move

Imagine doing Yoga on some of the best London rooftop bars while the sun is rising … have you shut your eyes? See what building comes to your head first.

When we were asked to do this, the first thought that came to our mind was … the Shard.

We love yoga [we suck at it, but we still love it]. When Frame invited us to try out sunrise yoga on top of the Boundary Rooftop in Shoreditch, we accepted in a heartbeat.

The downside was, we had to wake up mega early to make it to the class [by mega early we mean 6am]. But it was all worth it in the end, the yoga class was a great way to start of the day. It was a lot fun, great exercise and we got to enjoy some amazing breakfast at the Albion Cafe.

frame shoreditchFrame classes will be popping up at various locations around London, ranging from rooftops to nightclubs, to churches and even your favourite clothes store. A little birdie told us the Shard is also a location they’re planning to do a class in [but we never told you this].

Locations will be added to Frame’s website as they come out so keep an eye open. Tickets at the moment are £16 [including yoga class, herbal tea, fresh juice and Bircher Muesli breakfast].
