According to a recent study eating strawberries and blueberries is good for your heart.

A new study published by the American Heart Association found that women who ate three or more servings of strawberries and blueberries every week were less likely to suffer from heart attacks.

These fruits contain high levels of beneficial dietary flavonoids called anthocyanins that may help dilate arteries, combat the buildup of plaque and provide other cardiovascular benefits.

Other fruits you can find these flavonoids in are grapes (wine), eggplant and blackberries.
