ideal home show in earls courtLet me just start this post by saying that the Ideal Home Show is one of the best exhibitions you can see in London. It only happens once a year during mid March to the beginning of April in Earls Court. I have gone to see the exhibition every year for the past four years and not once have I been disappointed by what I am presented with.

Then if you decide to buy food it is difficult to find a place to sit down and eat, so you may end up seating on the floor or standing.

Often you see ‘FREE, FREE, FREE’ signs around stalls and then you discover that you must first pay a good amount of money before you get anything for free – so really it’s not free.

The thing that really annoys me is that there are so many beautiful stuff around the exhibition, from creative nail art products  and stunning bags to magical looking lamps and amazing arm chairs – but in the end I end up buying nothing (I am not blaming anyone here).

To put a smile on your face there is also live entertainment form a Jazz band accompanied by dancers and you’ll see some lively fashion shows.

You may even see some famous faces during the exhibition, from top DIY personalities such as Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and George Clarke to  inspiring gardeners like Alan Titchmarsh.

Food lovers you’re not forgotten about – some of the best chefs in the country will be there , Gregg Wallace and Phil Vickery from This Morning, teaching you how to cook their favourite dishes.
